I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!
Ok, not that much. I am 5’7, and my weight has always been around 125 pounds. Lately, I’ve been extremely stressed out, and I’ve gained a few pounds. My ideal weight Is 120-121 pounds, and I’m 128 pounds right now. I’m not fat by any means, but I want to trim up. Ideally, I’d like to trim up by mid-November.
